1What is an email support footer



Email footer is additional help guide or info you want to share with your customers to tell them how can they reach you if they have any issue e.g. shipping & delivery or returns & replacement for an order etc

It usually contains your mailing address, phone number, web site link, query solution etc

Goo2o has already set a default support footer on the basis of your contact information available at Goo2o. However, you can edit it also. You can also choose to not to include any support footer in your email

Step 1:

Log in to your store admin panel with your log in id and password

Under the ‘Manage’ tab select ‘notifications’

Step 2:

Once you have selected ‘Notification’ you will be directed to the trigger

listing page

Select the ‘notification settings’ button on the top right of the page

Once you have selected ‘Notification’ you will be directed to the

notification setting page

Make sure you are on the ‘Support Footers’ tab by clicking on it

Step 1:

You will see a ‘Create a new custom support footer’ box In this box, type the content for the footer that you want to add Name your footer. So you can find it easily Click ‘Create’ to add the footer which can be used to in your email

Tip: If you want to set this footer as your default, check the ‘set footer as default’ button otherwise uncheck it


Your updated footer will now reflect on notification setting page



Tip: You can set any support footer as your default footer by clicking on ,,,, ‘make it default footer’

Step 1:

From your existing footer list, identify which support footer you want to edit

For example you want to edit footer 2, then click on the ‘edit’ link to make changes according to your requirements

Note: You cannot delete or edit the default footer set for store owners



Step 2:

You will see a ‘edit your support footer’ pop up

Make the changes accordingly and click on update to successfully save

your changes

A user cannot delete a email support footer which is the default footer for

your email notification triggers

In order to delete a email support footer you have to set some other support

footer as the default footer for your email notification triggers
