Let's say that your debt is $5,000 and that you'd like to be debt-free by this time next year.

I used the calculator at creditcards.com/calculators/payoff.php

to find out that we need a payment of $457 per monthto accomplish that.

“Um… how do I get $457 per month?”

Now, we need to figure out how to accomplish that.

Using the calculations found on page 7 in the Compensation Plan Guide in our workstations,

we need to have 5 parties a month.

This equates to approximately 20 hours per month, or $25 per hour (not too shabby for a "part time" gig!)

/ 2 = $101.30 per party

“So, how do I get 5 parties per month?”

Now, we need to figure out how to accomplish that.

Knowing that party reschedules are about 10% on average,

I recommend that we set a GOAL of 6 - 7 parties per month.

“7 parties a month. I can do that! Can’t I?”

OMJ – Do I have time? I don’t know enough people, but I’m positive… I can do this… I think!

You have to know your calendar! Identify how much time you can invest and then get creative with it!
