determine if they have an interest in a particular career, create a network of contacts, etc.
– Employers: cheap or free labor for low-level tasks.

• A good intern:– Should be polite.– Should have:
• Good dressing style. • Listening and Communication skills.• Technical Skills.• Team working skills.• a willing to contribute to his department
goals.

• Many employees don´t like to work with interns, since they believe that they demand a lot of time and energy to teach them and in most cases they represent rework.

get ahead at work is to make your boss' life easier or better.
– Think about areas that interest you and where you can add value.
