will tell it to us a bit later in a form you will have to download and send it back to us.• At the moment, we only work with 3 or 4 days, if you need less or more days you will need
to contact us to study your case ([email protected])• IMPORTANT:If you are sharing room, your partner/s need to choose the congress in AREA 2
as you have already booked the hotel for both or the three of you.• Remember to fill in the form.• With this option you get the full pass allowing you to attend to all workshops and all the
nights pass with one free drink per night

Area3 - AccomodationThis area is only available if nothing in AREA1 has been selectedYou can apply for an apartment. The appartments are upto two people, the price is per night.Once you select this option you will be able to choose the check in and check out dates.

Area4 – Single days• If you dont want or cannot to attend the full congress, you can pay for single days.• Make multimple choices to buy the days you need.• IMPORTANT: This option doesnt include the parties

Area5 - Parties• Finally, parties!!! You can buy the parties here individually or get a pack with all four nights.• The pack has a discount and you save 6€• This includes the party, shows and one drink per night

When you make a selecction your element is surrounded by a red border and all other incompatible elements go into a second plane

You can always click to a background image to change your selection.For instance, here we changed from full pass + hotel (AREA1) to Full pass and appartment (AREA 2 + AREA 3)
As we selected hotel, now we can choose the check in and check out dates
And… why not… We also want to go to the parties, so.. Let’s select them all.

Now we have clicked on “next” and we get the summary screen where all your choices should be displayed.This is the Full congress + Hotel view.
Notice that the hotel is not charged, it will have to be payed at the same hotel.
It is very important to download this form, fill it and sent it to [email protected] or the hotel booking wont be finished. And you may find out without accomodation!!!

This is the Full congress + parties pack example screen.
The main diference here is that the appartment price is included in the price and you dont need to fill in any form.

If you choose bank transfer option, you will be show the mandatory data to perform the payment.Remember that if there are any extra costs, you are the one to attend to them.
IMPORTANT: Put your email in the concept
Anyway, you will recieve an email with all this data.

If you choose credit card option, you will taken outside our web site and you will be conected to the bank application. You will be prompted for all your data.
After the process you will get a mensaje and will recieve an email with your purchase.
On case of any error, you can always start and try again.
Now in the Purchase tab you will have your purchase status.

If you payed by bank transfer you will have this option to cancel it whenever you doesn’t have yet done the payment.
