A common mistake many businesses make when trying to use social media for business is that they're not sure which channels will bring the best results. The main thing is to find out which channels your customers prefer. When you hear statistics like, over 1.5 Billion people use Facebook, it can be tempting just to use this channel because you think everyone's using it. However you also need to make sure that what your company does fits with what people use the channel for. We clarify which channels to use, how to focus on a couple of key ones that will work for your business and what activities and posts work best on each
