Thank you for contacting SinglePlatform regarding changes to your business listing content. In this particular case, the publisher requires business owner verification for any listing content changes. We are unable to directly make these changes for you.

However, as the business owner, you can claim your listing and make changes directly with the publisher. Below you will find step-by-step instructions explaining exactly how you can change this information by claiming the listing as your own.

To claim your business listing: Select the publisher from the list below and follow the publisher specified steps for claiming your listing.

STEP 1 STEP 2Go to your Business Google Plus Page. Find the section called “Is this your business?” and select the button that

says “Manage this page.”

STEP 3 STEP 4Log in or create a Google account. This Google account is free and will

give you access to manage your page and make changes to the listing

data once you have gone ahead and claimed your listing.

Click the check box stating you are authorized to manage the business

page.

STEP 5Follow Google’s instructions to verify that you are the business owner.

STEP 1 STEP 2Go to your Yelp listing. On the right hand side of the page, you will find a button that says “Work

here? Claim this business.” If this button does not appear, it is because

the listing has already been claimed.

STEP 3 STEP 4Log in, or go ahead and create a new business owner account that will

give you the access you need.

Follow Yelp’s instructions to prove you are in fact the business owner.

STEP 5You will now gain access to manage and change the listing information as

you please.

STEP 1 STEP 2Go to your Foursquare listing. On the bottom right hand corner of the page, find the “Is this your

business? Claim it now” button and click “Claim it now.”

STEP 3 STEP 4Log in, or go ahead and create a new Foursquare account. Follow Foursquare’s verification steps to prove you are in fact the

business owner.

STEP 1 STEP 2Go to your TripAdvisor listing. At the start of your business page, you will find a button under the

Business Name that says “Manage your listing.” Go ahead and click on

that button.

STEP 3 STEP 4Click on the “Register Now” button in the Management Center. Log in or create an account, and follow TripAdvisor’s instructions to verify

you are the business owner. This will give you the access you need to

manage the listing.

STEP 1 STEP 2Go to your YP listing. Scroll to the end of the “Business Details” section, and click the “Claim

this Business” button.

STEP 3Follow the instructions to register with YP. Once this is complete, follow

the instructions to verify you are the business owner.
