From either the Search results or Cart, select the listings to be included in the CMA.

To create the presentation CMA report, click the blue CMA button located at the bottom of the screen and continue to Step 6.

To Export the listings to another program such as Top Producer or Lightning V2, click the blue Export button located at the bottom of the screen and see Quick Reference Guide How to Export Listings From MRMLS Matrix.

Note: Programs such as Top Producer and Lightning V2 are purchased from outside vendors and not through MRMLS.

Note: You can limit the amount of Active or Pending listings in your results by using a date range. Each type must be run separately. Input the date for the status, and utilize the Cart to combine the listings for the CMA. For example, run a search selecting a status of Active and a listing date of 0-45 days back. Choose desired listings from the results and save them to the Cart. Repeat for Pending. Repeat again for Closed. Repeat one last time for Expired.

Example: Status: Active List Date: 0-45 (for properties listed in the last 45 days)

See Quick Reference Guide How to Use Carts in MRMLS Matrix.
