It was very easy to use and I already have a blog account with then. The purpose of a digital portfolio is to broadcast your talents, achievements, and previous work. A digital portfolio gives students and others the chance to easily show all of their hard work for others to see. Great tool to have and very easy to manage and update. Instructions are as follow below: Sign in using your google email, example is gmail account. Create Username and Password to create an account. In the upper right hand corner you can add a photo of yourself to your blog account. Also there are icons to update your profile as well. Create New blog by clicking New Blog button. Create Address Name/ Make sure your name chosen is available. Update privacy settings to your liking.

The purpose of a digital portfolio is to broadcast your talents, achievements, and previous work. A digital portfolio gives students and others the chance to easily show all of their hard work for others to see. Great tool to have and very easy to manage and update.

Instructions are as follow below:

Sign in using your google email, example is gmail account. Create Username and Password to create an account. In the upper right hand corner you can add a photo of yourself to your blog account. Also there are icons to update your profile as well. Create New blog by clicking New Blog button. Create Address Name/ Make sure your name chosen is available. Update privacy settings to your liking. Privacy settings are your personal preference if you want it to be public or private it is your choice. Create a New Blog to post and add documents, Click on New Post button to do so. Blogger is very easy to use each your blog page can have its own lay out. There are sample pages provided for users to choose from. You can personally get creative and design your own as well.Adding Separate posts:

Name each one separately so they can be found based on need. Make sure font and formats are professional and easy to read. Font and formatting is located at the top of the page when creating a new post. Each post should be information about you. Submissions of work you have done should be submitted and noted if revised. To add photos you can google or find photos from your desktop. In this portfolio you will need a professional photo. So you will need to click the insert image icon at the top of the page and insert a headshot of yourself. What Your Digital Portfolio Should Consist of: First submission has to be your Biography page, should contain information about yourself and your achievements. Second submission will be your cover letter, list all skills and previous job history. Third your resume is your time to shine, both cover letter and resume are a representation of you. Fourth are your writing samples, they should be digital copies of your technical report, powerpoint presentation and other work done throughout the course. Last is the conclusion and contact information made sure everything is correct, clear, and concise.
