HOW TO CREATE A VOKI

1. Go to www.voki.com

2. Click on the “Register” key to set up an account. Use your school user name and password.

3. Create a new voki. You can customize your character as much as you want. Be creative but remember you have a time constraint.

Make sure that the voki that you are creating does NOT have the green “Only in Voki Classroom” in the upper-left hand corner. If you make a voki using one of these characters, it will not let you publish at the end. You will have to start over.

4. Once you are done creating your voki, hit done.

5. At this point, you can record yourself by clicking on the microphone or the telephone icons.

6. Once you are done recording, hit SAVE and name your recording file. It will be saved as the voice on your voki.

7. When you have finished recording, press DONE

8. Then hit PUBLISH. The computer will ask you to name the SCENE (this is the voki that you just made with the audio layered within it).

9. Click on the envelope so you can email me your voki.

10. Send the complete voki to:

ATTENTION!! You must send the voki to my gmail

account! Not my regular KatyISD account!

11. You must also send in your Word document to

the gmail account.
