You will be creating your sites right there, adding their names before the name of your subdomain, e.g. pizza.goodpage.sitefor.mobi. If you prefer, you can use your own domain! In this case you will need to contact us and fulfill several conditions, like buy the SSL security certificate.

As our Reseller you get special pricing and pay only $ 7.50 month to month for one page, or $5.00 monthly in the annual subscription, which gives you 30% off. Our price for you is fixed and does not depend on the number of pages that you sell. We offer fair partnership with no contracts or long term commitments. What is more, you do not have to pay anything until you have sold your first mobile page in the Professional Plan to your client. It is only then that you pay the annual fee of $299, which covers maintenance of your client’s sites in the Professional Plan, and the monthly payment for each sold page, mentioned above.

What is included in the annual reseller subscription?

The following is included in the annual subscription fee:

When does the annual reseller subscription have to be paid?

Once your client is ready to buy a mobile site you will need to pay your $299

annual subscription fee. After a year you will need to renew your annual reseller

subscription, if you want to continue hosting your existing clients’ sites. The cost

of renewal remains the same – $299. However to create an unlimited number of

sites in the Demo Plan you can always use the platform for FREE (subscription fee

is not required), as long as you need.

What methods of payment do you accept for resellers?

At the moment we only accept PayPal payments. We are going to expand the

scope of payment methods soon.

Is there any written agreement that a reseller has to sign?

No, we want to keep it as simple as it can be.

Can I cancel or terminate my reseller account?

Yes. You can delete your account in the admin panel. All your websites and your

client accounts will be deleted, too.



2. How to Sell:

What website plans are available for my clients?

You can create mobile sites in the Demo Plan (free) or Professional Plan. The

Demo Plan serves a demonstration purpose only. Sites created in the Demo Plan

are not for sale and will have the "Demo Version" label displayed on each page.

You can only sell mobile sites in the Professional Plan, where you can set up a

custom domain, use auto-redirect script and enable Google Analytics tracking.

Each Professional site will have the same features as sites created under the

MobiPlus Plan in ActiveMobi (more details http://activemobi.com/pricing).

Is the Demo Plan ads free?

There is a "Demo Version" footer at the bottom of each page, but there is no

ActiveMobi banner or ads. You can customize the footer by adding a button and

text or image, and linking them to your business's website. You may also turn

them into an action button with your phone number, so if the client likes your

site, they may call you directly.

Is there any price restriction to resell the sites?

How much you charge your clients is up to you. You pay us only the per-

Professional-site fee which is $7.50 (month-to-month) or $5/mo (annual

subscription) for each page sold.

How do I manage payments from my clients?

You set your own pricing for your clients and do the billing on your side. We do

not provide a payment processing tool, too – it is up to you what methods of

payment you will accept from your clients. Whenever you decide to sell a mobile

site you will have to pay us $7.50 (month-to-month) or $60.00 (annual

subscription). If your customer payment is overdue you can deactivate their

account with one click in your admin panel.

Does it require to have a domain name for my clients sites?

By default we give you the opportunity to sell websites under sitefor.mobi generic

domain. You can also set up your own domain. However, due to the nature of the

service you will have to contact us to set it up.

Can I host mobile sites on my server?

No. Each site is hosted by ActiveMobi. We guarantee best-in-class hosting service

so managing your sites can be headache-free. We maintain the availability of our

service at the level of 99.95% and you get unlimited bandwidth for each site. You

can also connect your own domain.

What if my client is no longer interested in having their mobile site?

If your client is no more interested in using their site, you can simply change its

plan to Demo and switch it offline. You may also delete it from your admin panel,

or keep it for future use. Obviously, you will not have to pay the $7.50 (or $5.00)

maintenance fee for the abandoned sites.

If your client does not want to continue their mobile website with you, they

cannot transfer or export the site to their own web hosting. They may, however,

create their mobile site from scratch in the Mobi Start Plan and have it hosted for

free.

Do you offer technical support for your resellers?

Yes. We have prepared a Knowledge Base that contains answers to most of your

questions. We are also available at our e-mails from Monday till Friday, 8:00 –

20:00 GMT. However, we do our best to respond in the ASAP mode.

3. Reseller Admin Panel:

What can I customize in my admin panel?

As a reseller you can customize the design and domain name of both your

reseller admin panel and your clients' dashboard for managing their sites. It gives

you the possibility to sell mobile sites under your own brand, not showing

ActiveMobi branding to your clients.

Can I have my admin panel look like my company's website template?

You can customize the appearance of your admin panel by uploading your logo,

choosing one of the 5 enjoyable colour sets and naming your subdomain.

4. Mobile Website Builder:

How do I create mobile sites for my clients?

When you enter your admin panel you can produce sites using an easy to use

drag-and-drop mobile website builder, which lets you create design and content.

You do not need to have any programming skills to create a site.

Are the same features available both in the Demo and in the Professional Plan?

The Demo Plan differs from the Professional Plan only in that it has a footer at the

bottom of each page with the “Demo Version” label. All mobile website builder

features are available in both Plans.

Can I upload my own template to your platform?

In the near future we are going to introduce a blank template, but now you can

pick any template and completely change the design of the pages using the

builder's functionalities, as well as adding your own HTML, CSS and JS scripts.

5. Client Dashboard:

What can my clients do in their dashboard?

You can give your clients access to managing and editing their mobile sites. To

do so, you add a new client account within your admin panel and set the client as

an Editor of selected websites. When they log in to their dashboard (with your

branding) they will see a list of websites that you let them manage. The clients

have full control over editing the content and designing the look & feel of their

sites. They can also change website name, icons (favicon, iPhone/iPad icon), set

custom head script visible when loading pages, and change the sites’ status –

offline/online. However, they will not be able to delete the website and change its

Plan – Demo/Professional.

Can my clients create a site on their own using the platform?

No, only you as a reseller can create sites for your clients. You may first create a

Demo site (free) to show to your prospects. If they like it and are willing to buy

the site you created for them, you will need to upgrade it to the Professional Plan.



You grant clients access to edit and manage their sites. However only you can

delete or create a site.

Can I view the platform as if I was a client?

If you register as a reseller, you can check it on your own. You can add a client,

then log in to their account and test their dashboard – full platform functionality

is available for free. You only need to pay when you sell your first website.
