If your POEA Package is ready for download, you will see a “Your POEA Package is ready!” message on the le� side of your screen. Click the message.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

You will not see the “Your POEA Package is ready!” message if you did not meet the three conditions.

You can also view your POEA Contract by going to“My Travel Details and clicking on the“POEA and LOG” tab.

How to Download and Print Your POEA Contract

Your POEA Package will be available on RCLCrewTravel if you meet these three conditions:

You have a new assignmentYour Seafarer's Registration Certificate (SRC) is valid and your personal information is complete and correct/updated on C-TRAC

Your Passport, Medical, Seaman’s Book, and all applicable STCW Training Certificates are all valid.

TO DOWNLOAD YOUR POEA PACKAGE:

3 You will be redirected to the “POEA and LOG”section. Under “YOUR POEA PACKAGE”, click on “POEA Contract”.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If your POEA Package is not yet available, you will receive an error message with instructions on how to proceed a�er clicking on “POEA Contract”.

4 Your POEA Package will be generated and open in a new window. The package contains a cover letter with instructions, your POEA Contract, Information Sheet, and Terms and Conditions.

5 To print your POEA Package, right clickon the document and click “Print”(use legal or 8.5” x 13” paper).

7 Carefully follow the instructions indicated in the cover letter (first page).

Select “Legal” (8.5” x 13” paper) as the Paper size and make sure that the “Fit to page” box is UNCHECKED before you print.
