Borrower Disclosure Delivery Options

• Initial disclosures will be sent to:– The email address you provide to us– Or Current Address on the Contact information screen if no email is provided

– Or Mailing address if it is different from the current address

• If you have not provided an email address, all disclosures will be mailed to you. 

• An Email will only be sent to the main borrower; they have the ability to eConsent for all applicants.

• If the main borrower does provide an email but does not eConsent and wishes to have disclosures mailed, all disclosures will be sent to the current address.

The main applicant will receive an email  stating their eDisclosures are available online.

The Email will contain instructions for picking up and reviewing the eDisclosure Package.

This email will include your user name and temporary password.

Click on the link in Step 1 of the instructions and enter in their user name and password.

You will be prompted to enter your contact telephone number & then click Submit.

You cannot proceed without entering a contact telephone number.

You will be prompted to change your temporary password, then click Submit.

You will then click on“Your Package is Available!”

You will verify your identity by entering the last 4 digits of your social security number, 

then click submit answers.

NO DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS CAN BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL• This includes:

– All initial Disclosures – GFE Change of Circumstance RE‐disclosures– Corrective Truth in Lending Disclosures– Appraisals

If you consent to Electronic Packages you will be prompted to verify your browser 

settings and click continue.

You will be prompted to view the disclosure package before you can e‐sign.

You will click on the PDF attachments to view the documents.

**REMEMBER**

• There are a few disclosures that cannot be signed electronically and will require you to print, sign and fax/scan back to us. 

• Please print and ink sign the following disclosures: – Borrowers Certification and Authorization– 4506T– Social Security Administration Authorization– Loan Application

• Please note that if you decide not to provide e‐consent, this will affect all documentation you will receive throughout the loan process. 

• All documentation will need to be mailed to you, and in some cases, this may cause delays in the processing of your loan.
