Honesty, be clear and straight

Authenticity, be yourself

Integrity, be your word

Love, wish them well

Register- use depth and power with your voiceTimbre- sound rich, smooth, warm

Prosody- the way you vary your voice

Pace- slow down speech to emphasize a point

Silence- is okay, better than uhms, can be powerful

Pitch- can change the way you convey a message

Volume- the more quiet you are the more one has to pay attention
