• This guide will walk you through the steps of how to Invite Participants while scheduling your meeting.
• It will show you how to invite when using the Quick Scheduler as well as the steps when you are using the Advanced Scheduler

Schedule a Meeting
• You can Invite participants to your meeting before the meeting is started
• Go to your WebEx site and login to Host a Meeting
• Select Schedule a meeting

In the Quick Scheduler
• Enter your meeting information• In the attendees box type the email addresses of
the people you would like to attend your meeting.
• Make sure to separate email addresses with a comma
• You can check the box to send a copy of the email invitation to yourself.

If using the Advanced Scheduler
• Select Invite Attendees• In the attendees box
type the email addresses of the people you would like to attend your meeting.
• Make sure to separate email addresses with a comma.
• You can check the box to send a copy of the email invitation to yourself.

• Once you schedule the meeting an email will be automatically sent to those email addresses on your behalf via the WebEx messenger service.
• If you want to invite someone after you have scheduled your meeting and before you start your meeting you can forward a copy of the email invitation you sent to yourself to others.
