How to Login to TCS ION

Go to URL - https://www.tcsion.com/dotcom/TCSSMB/

Click on SIGN IN

A login page will appear. Please enter your login ID and password as shared by FMU with you.

When you login to TCS System first time, the system will ask you to change the current

password for security purpose.

There are three fields you need to fill

1. Old Password – Current Password provided for TCS Login by FMU

2. New Password – you can enter a new password for your secure login to TCS system. Instructions

for setting the password are defined below as Organization Password Policies.

3. Confirm New Password – Re-enter the new password value in this field to confirm

Click Confirm.

After Click on Confirm, a page will appear asking to set a secret question and answer. These details are

required to be used in case of password recovery in case you forget your login password. The same

can be used by clicking on Forgot Password in Login Page in case you forgot your login password and

need to recover it.

After Confirming the secret Question and Answer , you will be navigated to your Home Page .

Click on W icon at the left bottom side of the home page. After Clicking on W, various solutions

are viewed for which you are having access.

You can add these Solution to the “QUICK LAUNCHER” bar at the top of the home page as shown

below . For adding these solutions in QUICK LAUNCHER you need to right click on solution icon and

click ion “ADD to QUICK LAUNCHER”.

After clicking on Add to QUICK LAUNCHER , the solution will be added to QUICK LAUNCHER as shown

below.

You can add the other solutions to “QUICK LAUNCHER” to access the solutions easily.

How to Print Admit Card for Students

Login to TCS system using your login credentials as shared by FMU with you.

Click on Digital Campus Icon.

After clicking on Digital Campus, below screen will appear. You will be able to see various sub

modules in Digital Campus for which you have been provided access.

To take “Print of Admit Card of students” click on Exam and Grading .

Various Tabs will be viewed under Exam and Grading. Click on “Pre Exam Activities”

Move your Mouse Cursor to Pre Exam Activities , it will display various links as shown below.

Click on “PRINT HALL TICKET” link.

Enter your college code under “SITE. For searching Batch Name , click on “ binoculars “ icon.

A new window will open .Click on search to view list of batches for selected college Code.

Select the batch from the list for which you need to print Student Admit card.

Select the Academic Session.

Click on “Print Letter for All”.

A new window will appear as shown below.Now Click on Search.

After click on search, system will view the admit card template. Select the letter “ UG Admit

Card (HP)” and click on “Print letter on separate pages”

After click on Separate pages, a process message will be initiated as per below screenshot.

Click on view print status for downloading the generated PDF of admit card for the selected batch.

Click on search and download the generated PDF for student admit cards.
