On a PC: • Internet Explorer® 7.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer, or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0

or newer (with JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled) • Windows® 7, Vista, XP, or 2003 server • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection • Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)

On a Mac®: • Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox® 3.0 or newer, or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or newer (with

JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled) • Mac OS® X 10.5 – Leopard® or newer • Intel processor (1GB of RAM or better recommended) • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone, and speakers. (A USB headset is also recommended.)

Can I view presentations in full-screen format? Yes. From the Attendee Control Panel in GoToWebinar, click the “View” menu button and select the full screen option or from the Attendee Grab Tab (on the side of the Control Panel), click the “View” button to toggle between full screen and window viewing. Can I attend this webinar using an Android device? At this time, this feature is not available for GoToWebinar sessions. Is there a limit to how many people or ministries can register for this webinar? Yes. At this time up to 500 registrations are available for this webinar.

Technical Difficulties Are you having trouble joining our webinar? If you’re running into problems when trying to join our webinar, we highly recommend that you install the latest version of Java™. To install the latest version of Java™, visit Free Java Download. Many common issues can be easily resolved by updating or installing the latest version of Java™. It is also possible that we may be experiencing technical problems that are preventing us from broadcasting the webinar as initially scheduled. If this is the case—and we are unable to broadcast the webinar within 15 minutes of the designated start time—we will conduct and record the webinar and will post the recording on our webinar resources page within a few days. My firewall is blocking the GoToWebinar download. Is there a safe way for me to join the webinar? If your personal firewall (e.g., ZoneAlarm® or Norton Personal Firewall™) is blocking GoToWebinar, select the option in your firewall program that allows GoToWebinar to access the Internet by:

1. Selecting the check-box to remember your answer for each time you use this program. 2. Clicking “Yes” to enable GoToWebinar to access the Internet.

If you are in a corporate or network security environment, you may have a hardware firewall. Please provide the document found at http://www.citrixonline.com/iprange to your IT department so they can allow GoToWebinar to connect. If a connection still cannot be established, please call GoToWebinar’s Customer Care team for assistance at 800.263.6317 or 805.617.7000. Can your installer not locate a suitable folder?

If you are trying to join the webinar from a PC and you see the error message, “The installer could not locate a suitable folder to install into,” try any of the following workarounds:

In rare cases, GoToWebinar may not install correctly if the Windows Secondary Logon Service is disabled. Follow these steps to enable this service:

1. Click the Windows® Start button on your desktop. 2. Type “services.msc” in the search field and select the “services.msc” option from the search

results.

3. Scroll down and find “Secondary Logon” from the list, then right-click on “Secondary Logon,” and select “Properties.”

4. From the Secondary Logon Properties dialog window, select “Automatic” from the “Startup

type” drop-down menu. Next, click “Apply” and then click “OK.”

5. From the Services window, right-click the “Secondary Logon” option again, and then click

“Start.”

6. Lastly, restart your PC. You should now be able to install GoToWebinar!

Are you receiving a “Connection Failed” error?

If GoToWebinar launches but you receive a “Connection Failed” error, this could mean that you have a poor Internet connection or that you have security software on your PC that’s blocking you from downloading GoToWebinar. Security Firewall If you have security software on your PC that’s preventing you from launching GoToWebinar, visit Using GoToMeeting with a Firewall for help with configuring your firewall to allow GoToWebinar to launch.

Firewall If you’re using GoToWebinar in a corporate or network security environment, try running the GoToMeeting Connection Wizard to determine the ideal connection settings for your protected network.

Network Security Restriction

If you’re prompted to authenticate for Internet access, your network administrator may have placed restrictions. Enter your Windows® or network login, if prompted.

Is your access code not being accepted? Your webinar Access Code is different from the Webinar ID. The Access Code is for attendees who have dialed into the audio portion of the webinar via telephone. The Access Code is located in the Audio pane in the Control Panel. (Both of these identification numbers—the Webinar ID and unique Access Code—are provided in your confirmation and reminder email.

Audio Issues What does it mean when both telephone and VoIP are enabled?

When both telephone and VoIP are enabled, you have the choice to join the webinar with either your phone or computer speakers (a USB headset is also recommended). You cannot, however, access both audio options simultaneously.
