  • Cheese stacking: Cheese slices are in a 3 lb. loaf. Restack the cheese slices into a plastic container. If you make a star with the cheese it pulls apart easier and faster. The person helping warm up meat can also help pre-peel cheese for when it gets busy. Keep the cheese in the small cooler near the griddle. Extra butter can also be kept in the cooler. 2014 BC WI Food Stand. Grilled Cheese4
