One of the easiest ways to set the dates of

your project activities and share them with

your partners is to use Google Calendar -

https://www.google.com/calendar

In order to create your calendar, you need

to have a Google account first.

Create a new calendar by

writing its name and a short

description. It will appear on

your calendars list.

You can see the name of

your new calendar on My

Calendars list.

Add events and holidays in

your calendar.

When you’re done, you can

share your calendar with

your partners.

Remember to make your calendar public in order for others to see it.

Invite your partners to collaborate with you by sending them the email. Don’t forget to set

the Permission Settings for each person you invite.

If you want to embed your calendar into your Twinspace, you need to get the embed code.

You can find it in Calendar Details.

Paste the embed code to

your twinspace page.
