I have seen some of the butt implants and, just like the breast implants, people tend to go crazy with them
and they get too big of a butt, so big that it looks really fake. I stick with the gym and working out with
weights, it has done wonders for my butt!

You have the best advice here on your site! Do you think that as a beginner, someone should work out twice
per day or is that best left up to those who have been working out for a while?
A proper diet is important also. You don’t want a bigger butt that is lumpy and cottage-cheese looking. Their
