REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT

A Step by event registering guide for new members for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong

STEP 1Head to http://www.cancham.org and login

STEP 2Under “Events,” click “Upcoming Chamber events”

STEP 3You may browse through our list of upcoming events. Click on the one that interests you

STEP 4After clicking on your event, you will be directed to a page that shows you information regarding the event. Click register on the right.

STEP 5Fill in the necessary information marked by the asterisk. Here you can also request dietary specifications. Once finished, click “Next”

STEP 6Click on”Members/Non-Members Registration. Click to save and finalize your registration or Add another attendee to the event.

Remember to enter in the correct validation code!

As a new member, you receive a special promotion code. Enter in “newmember” and click apply

You will be taken to a Check-out page where you are required to fill in the necessary information in order to complete your registration. For your postal code enter in the value “0.” Once you scroll down you will see a text box allowing you to enter in a promotion code.

Once the promo code is applied, the new payment amount should equal to $0.00

After the second check out page, your new grand total with the promotional code applied will be $0.00 Complete your order

Once you complete your order you will be directed to this page, thanking you for your registration. Please check your email to confirm your registration!
