How to Query a Requisition Description: This form is used to query an online purchase requisition and consists of seven windows. It displays purchase requisitions which are completed, approved, closed, canceled, or in process. All information attached to the requisition defaults into the various fields and windows on this form. Additional navigational options in each window enable you to view related information. You cannot update from this form. All fields are protected.

General Note: The flashlight icon provides a list of valid entries for applicable fields and fields with blue text can be double-clicked to get a list of valid entries. Instructions: 1. Select Requisition Query Form :
Requisition: If the specific requisition number required is known, you can enter it here. If not, use the search icon (flashlight), F9 from the keyboard or List from the Help menu to find it. Double click to select the requisition.
2. Next Block (use ctrl page down, the toolbar button or on the main menu,
select Block then Next).

This screen shows the Document Information.
Requisition: This field will be populated by the system based on what was entered on the first screen.
Order Date: Shows the date the goods/service were ordered.
Transaction Date: Shows date the transaction was processed or posted to the
ledgers.
In Suspense: Checkbox indicates whether the requisition header is in suspense or not.
Delivery Date: Shows the date the goods/service are to be delivered.
Comments: Shows comments if there were any on the requisition. Document Text: Checkbox indicates whether text exists associated with the
requisition. Commodity Total: Total amount of the commodity record on the requisition. Accounting Total: Total amount of the accounting record on the requisition.

Complete: Will be checked only if the requisition is complete.
Approved: Will be checked only if the requisition is approved.
Print Date: Shows the date the requisition was printed if applicable.
Cancel Date: Shows the date the requisition was cancelled if applicable.
Closed Date: Shows the date the requisition was closed.
Activity Date: Shows the date that the requisition was created or last
updated.
User ID: Shows the user id of the person that created the requisition or the last person to handle the requisition in any way.
Cancel Reason: Shows the Reason Code for a cancelled requisition (refer to
job aide for form FPARDEL).
Document Type: System defaults to P for procurement.
NSF Checking: Box will be checked if NSF checking is used in the system. NSF Checking checks for budget availability.
Deferred Editing: Not used. Requisition Copied From: Shows if and from which requisition the current requisition
was copied.

This screen shows the Requestor/Delivery information that was entered when the current requisition was originally created.

This screen shows the Vendor Information (if any) that was entered when the current requisition was originally created.

This screen shows the Commodity/Accounting information that was entered when the original requisition was created. 6. Select Commodity Supplemental Information from the Options menu at
the top of the screen to view any supplemental information that may have been entered. From this screen you will be able to determine if each requested commodity had different delivery dates and/or ship to codes. Select Close when finished.

7. Select any of the other choices from the Options menu at the top of the screen to review the applicable information as it was originally entered on the requisition.
8. Next Block. This will take you to the accounting information section of the
record.
9. Next Block. This will take you back to the Document Information screen. 10. Exit to leave the form or Rollback (use the toolbar button or select File
from the main menu, then Rollback) to query on another requisition.
