How to recharge pre-paid on your Inmarsat Satellite through MGLSAT Online [EXISTING CUSTOMER] - Standard PC access (iPad-displays differently)

[Step 1] Go to: www.mglsat.com - Select “My account” from the very top menu on screen.

Sign into your account.

You will see this screen when you have successfully signed in.

If you cant remember your password select the “Forgot your password?” feature

If the system reports that the email address is taken, you already have an account and you should select “Forgot your password?” also, don't create another account.

[Step 3]

Select “HANDHELD” from the main menu then

“RECHARGE / TOP UP”

from the sub menu

[Step 4]

Select the desired recharge airtime block, ensure you choose the correct one for your appropriate travel plans. Press the “choose options” grey box to select.

[Step 5] Once the product selected is on screen start the options drop downs.

[Step 5A] Choose the option as required from “SIM Card Status” drop down.

Choose the option as required from

“Recharge Option” from the drop down.

This option is pre-locked to auto apply to your SIM card fro safety reasons.

[Step 5C]

Enter your sat phone number (870776…..etc)

Ensure the number is correct, no spaces or letters and + is not required.

[Step 5D]

Confirm number is correct. Then move to “Expiry rollover check”

If its 5+ days from the date of your expiry select “Order is 5+ days from expiry”

This will better ensure the likelihood of any existing credit left on the SIM rolling over.

If less than 5 days from the due expiry date select “Not 5+ Days, may not rollover”

In this instance the auto recharge system may not roll over any existing credits.

The application of prepaid airtime is an automated process. Please check balance after 48 hours to ensure the airtime has successfully applied and report any issues or errors to 1300 645 000 or/and info@mglsat.com.
