How to Register a

Company in Dubai

Decide on a business type and business activities

whether i) professional ii) commercial or iii) industrial. Then decide on the kind of the business entity preferred. For business entities an investor may choose a limited liability company, a free zone company, a branchoffice, a sole proprietorship or a representative office.

Submit a registration application to the licensing departmentof the Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

Get the company Memorandum of Association Notarized at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

Obtain trade license and commercial registration certificate from Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry by submitting the following company documents

1. the notarized Memorandum of Association

2. company name approval issued by DED

3. signed legal contract between investor and U

AE National who is the legal representative o

f the company

4. original company approval from DED

5. due diligence of each partner.

Obtain a lease agreement for your office pr

emises.Also, apply for an Establishment Card from the Ministry of Labour if you would like to employ a workforce inthe Dubai office.

Obtain work visas for employees from Department

of Naturalization and Residence.

Register the employees with the Ministry of

Labour and Social Affairs
