HOW TO REGISTER FOR A WEBINAR

1. Create an account in the Learning Management System (LMS). If you already have an account, go to Step 2.

2. Click the registration link in the email notification or resource center posting.

3. Click the BUY NOW! button.

4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions. Then click the BUY NOW! button.

5. Complete the payment process and click the course icon to enter the course and register for the Webex event.

6. Click the Webex registration link provided in the course. Note the registration password.

7. Click the Register link or button on the Webex event information page.

10. You receive an email with an attached calendar item, your registration ID, the event password, and link to the webinar.

HOW TO ATTEND A LIVE WEBINAR

1. Click the link provided in Step 10 to join the live event on the day of the webinar.

2. Enter your Registration ID and the Event Password. Then click the Join Now button.

3. You may be prompted to install a Webex extension for your browser. Follow the steps or choose to run a temporary application.

4. The Webex application opens. Choose your audio connection or dial the conference line that is prompted.

HOW TO ACCESS A RECORDED TRAINING

1. You receive an email notification once the recording has been posted to the LMS. Click the link provided.

2. Log in to the LMS.

3. Click the recording training material within the course.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)

1. Go to https://www.csbstraining.org/lms/

2. Click the Register link in the top right corner.

3. Complete all fields marked by a red asterisk (*).

a. Select the appropriate User Type. DO NOT SELECT REGULATOR.

4. After completing all fields, a confirmation email is sent. Check your Spam folder.

5. Click the link in the confirmation email that is sent from [email protected]

6. New tab or window opens in your browser confirming your registration, allowing you to log in.

7. Follow the steps above to enroll in a webinar.
