Log on to

Select Youth & Family
to see list of program
offerings
Select Details to get
further information
Select Register Now
to go directly to the
Online Registration
login page
If you have a UA
NetID, select the blue
icon and log in
If you have a Campus
Rec ID, select the red
icon and log in
If you do not have
either, select the
green icon to Create
an Account* *Note: If you create an account, use page 3
to return to the AYU registration

Select Update >
Household &
Member
Select Add New
Member and
complete the
required fields
Select Save and you
will be redirected to
the Online
Registration Home
This page demonstrates how to add your child(ren) to your Household.
If your child(ren) have been in a Campus Recreation program before,
proceed to the page 4.

This page demonstrates how to find AYU camps from the Online Registration Home if you
created an account or added your child(ren) to your account. If you already see ACT Prep
Course under Search Results, proceed to the next page.
Select Youth & Family
to display all Youth
Programs and use the
below search criteria
to find AYU camps
Under Category,
select Youth
Programs
Under Type, select
Camp
Under Subtype, select
AYU Camp
To apply this criteria,
select Search

When you select an
activity, the Green
Plus Sign will change
to a Blue Minus Sign
The selection will be
displayed in the
bottom left corner of
the browser window
Select Add to Cart to
proceed
Selecting the Green
Plus Sign designates
your choices

Boxes to designate
for whom you chose
each camp program
Select Continue to
proceed to the
Assumption of Risk
form
Select the Check Box
indicating that you
agree with the
information in the
form

Note: Some Arizona Youth University camps provide shirts to participants. If so, a
prompt will appear for you to indicate what shirt size your child needs.

This page demonstrates how to add your child(ren) to the waitlist if an AYU camp is full. If the
listing had a Green Plus Sign, (as shown on page 4), that means there is space in that
activity. You may proceed to the next page.

Note: The Waitlist Position number displayed here does not accurately reflect where
your child(ren) may fall on the final list. The system does not recognize other children still
being added to the list until the transaction is complete. Example: If other parents are adding
children to the waitlist at the same time, it will give the same position number.

Complete all editable
fields and click Pay.
Note: Upon successful payment, the browser will generate a receipt and
there will be pop-ups of the required forms for Arizona Youth University. Please
submit the completed forms and immunization records via email to
[email protected] or by fax to (520) 621-9973.
You will be redirected to a separate website for the credit card system in
order to enter your payment.
