‘How to Register’ Guide

1. There are 2 ways to start your Registration with Direct Owners:

a. From the website www.direct-owners.com landing page, click on ‘List My

Property’ available on the top right-hand side of the bar shown below in Figure 1

b. Or click ‘Owner Login’ as shown below in Figure 2 will bring the Owner Login page

as shown in Figure 3

c. You can now select ‘Register’ at the bottom right-hand corner:

2. Click the ‘Register’ or ‘List Property’ as mentioned in Step 1 above, and the following

registration page as shown in Figure 4 will be presented:

3. You can now register with www.direct-owners.com either using your personal email-id, or

any of your Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Google or LinkedIn.

In case you decide to proceed with the registration using your personal Email-id, you will

need to submit your full name, password and phone numbers etc. as shown in Figure 5

and click ‘Sign Up’:

However, if you decide to proceed with registration through a Social Media account, you

will first need to select the appropriate Social Media option as presented on the screen.

This will take you to your selected Social Media web account to validate your user

credentials, and once validated will transfer you back to www.direct-owners.com once

successful.

4. Clicking the ‘Sign Up’ button will return the Success Message as shown in Figure 6

5. Now you need to login to your designated Email account (Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc.) where

the email as shown below in Figure 7 will be in your Email In-Box. You will need to take the

necessary action to verify your email id and complete your Direct Owners registration.

6. Selecting ‘Activate My Account’ will allow you to complete the second stage validation in

terms for your Phone Number Verification as shown in Figure 8

7. The phone number (as provided on the initial Registration screen) will automatically be

populated here and you just need to select ‘Continue’.

Note: In case you may want to change the phone number here especially where you are

not carrying your registered phone number with you and want a different phone number

is to be used for the second stage verification of phone verification then you will need to

re-enter your other mobile phone number and select ‘Continue’.

A code will be sent from Direct Owners to the mobile number and a success message will

be displayed as shown in Figure 9:

8. In case the text message sent from Direct Owner was not received then you may select the

‘Resend Code’ option as shown in Figure 10 which will send another text message to your

mobile number and a success message will be once again presented as shown in Figure 11:

9. You will now need to check the text message received on your mobile phone, note down

the 6 digits verification code as received from Direct Owner designated number

+13476479122 or Direct Owners (depending upon your telco provider) and enter here as

shown in Figure 12 and select Sign In:

10. Selecting ‘Sign In’ will automatically log you into the Direct Owners web site with your

Owner Dashboard presented as shown below in Figure 13 and you can start adding your

first property.

11. A final confirmation email regarding the Registration completion process will also be sent

to your designated email address as shown below in Figure 14

12. You can start from here by selecting the ‘Login’ button as presented on the email as above

which will take you to the First Login screen as shown in Figure 15
