How To Set One Up In Outlook?

• Go to ‘Tools’ and scroll right to the bottom and click ‘options’.

• Now click ‘mail format’ followed by ‘signatures’

• Now click ‘new’ then ‘name it’ in the pop up box. Click ok.

• Now look to the right and choose the relevant ‘email account’ from the drop down box.

• Decide if you want all ‘new emails’ to automatically go out with that signature on it and if so choose from the drop down box.

• Likewise decide if you want all ‘reply email’s to go out with that signature on it too.

• Save.

• Now decide what you wish to say at the base for example your name, the company name, telephone number, blog, website and so on.

• Then choose the font, size and colour of text. Save

How To Add An Image?• Now go to the tool bar and click on the little icon ‘mountain with the sun’

that allows you in insert your company logo, image or photograph

• Now go back to the tool bar and click on the last icon ‘the globe and chain link’ this is the ‘hyperlink’ icon which will make your image clickable

• Look down the left hand side and make sure you have ‘webpage’ chosen• Then add in the address where you want the image to lead to EG a

website, eBook or a lead capture page. Make sure it starts with http://www. Then ‘save’ and click ‘ok’. The options box will be underneath just click ‘ok’ again.

How To Test Your Email Signature Works?

• Test by going back to your ‘outlook inbox’ click on ‘new email’ and then choose the relevant account. If all is done correctly you should see something similar to this but with your details and the logo in it.

• Check the logo redirects back to the appropriate page.
