• Now go back to the tool bar and click on the last icon ‘the globe and chain link’ this is the ‘hyperlink’ icon which will make your image clickable

• Look down the left hand side and make sure you have ‘webpage’ chosen• Then add in the address where you want the image to lead to EG a

website, eBook or a lead capture page. Make sure it starts with http://www. Then ‘save’ and click ‘ok’. The options box will be underneath just click ‘ok’ again.

How To Test Your Email Signature Works?

• Test by going back to your ‘outlook inbox’ click on ‘new email’ and then choose the relevant account. If all is done correctly you should see something similar to this but with your details and the logo in it.

• Check the logo redirects back to the appropriate page.
