Look and Feel

Real bills are 75% cotton and 25% linen.Linen gives it a stiff feel. There are also very small red and blue fibers embedded in the paper. The printing is also very high quality, so the lines are sharp and clear, not broken, fuzzy, or blobby. It contains an iodine solution that reacts with the starch in wood-based paper to create a black stain. When the solution is applied to the fiber-based paper used in real bills, light colored or no discoloration occurs. However, it doesnt always work

Texture of Jacksons coat

Another inconspicuous method is feeling Jacksons jacket. There are ridges which rise from the jacket on a real bill. Fake bills will often be smooth in this area.

Watermark

The watermark will be visible when the bill is held up to the light.

A security strip is embedded inside the paper and reads USA TWENTY, and it glows under a black light
