Thank you for supporting the 2nd Annual Donor Dash! Whether you’re participating, volunteering, or want to

raise funds for the cause, these instructions will help you to set up your fundraising page. THANK YOU for

your efforts! All funds raised will go towards raising awareness about the importance of organ, eye and tissue

donation!

STEP 2.

Once you select the ‘Become a Fundraiser’ tab, this screen will appear. You can sign up via your email OR you

can sign up via your Facebook account.

STEP 1.

On the main Donor Dash page (DonorDash5K.com) you can register for the 5K and set up your fundraising

page. To set up your fundraising page, select the ’Become a fundraiser’ button. For your team members to

show up on your team, they will also need to build a fundraising page. If they only register for the event,

their name will not appear on your team list.

STEP 3.

Here is your chance to fill in your personal story and information.

Title your personal campaign

Set your personal fundraising goal

Share your story here! You can talk

about how you’ve been impacted

by donation and transplantation,

share if you are walking for

someone, or why you support this

cause! Your story is powerful, thank

you for sharing!

If registering as an individual, make sure the ‘Individual (No Team)’ box is selected. You can then press the

‘Get Started’ button to proceed to your page.

If you are creating a team, see STEP 4.

If you are joining a team, see STEP 5.

*NOTE:* If you want to create or join a team, you will still have a personal fundraising page. Your

supporters can choose to sponsor you as an individual (which will still contribute to the whole team total!) or

a supporter can choose to sponsor the whole team if they don’t want to choose between individuals!

STEP 4. To create a new team

To create a team, select ‘Create a New Team’, from your personal fundraising page.

can be different from your

This page will appear. You can input all your team information here.

STEP 5. To join a team

To join a team, select ‘Join a Team’ from your personal fundraising page.

This page should appear. You can select the team you want to join by choosing from the drop down list.

Once you’ve found your team, click ‘Join Team’. You are now added to your teams fundraising list.

YOU HAVE NOW SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE!

You should receive login information for your page via email. If you want to register to participate in the

Donor Dash, volunteer or buy additional t-shirts if you’ve already signed-up, you can select any of the blue

buttons below. Setting up your fundraising page does not register you for the 5K.

NOW SHARE YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE!

You can easily share your page via social media or email by selecting any of the buttons along the left hand

side of the page!

If you select the bottom icon —> you can copy that link and send to your family and friends via email.

This link will take them to your direct fundraising page for them to make a donation.

EDIT YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE & INVITING PEOPLE TO JOIN YOUR TEAM

Once you create your fundraising page, you will be able to view your page or edit your page.

By clicking, ‘Edit your Page’ or by logging in (see page 8 for instructions for logging in) you can see your stats

as you start fundraising and recruiting team members.

Under ‘MY INFORMATION’, you can manage your team and invite team members via email here.

EDIT YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE: NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES

To be alerted when a team member builds a fundraising page, ensure your notification preferences are

turned on by selecting ‘YES’ to receive notifications.

Always save your changes when you are finished editing your page.

TO LOG IN TO YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE

If you don’t have your original email with your login information, you can visit DonorDash5K.com, scroll down

to Individual Fundraisers or Team Fundraisers. You can select your name/team. Once you’re viewing your

page, in the upper right hand corner, there is a ‘log in’ button. Click that button and you will be prompted to

input your email and you will be sent your login information.
