GENERAL COMMENTSGENERAL COMMENTS

Submitted papers should be approximately 17-20 pages in length, double-spaced, with endnotes. THE PAPER MUST BE IN MICROSOFT WORD FORMAT.

The initial submission should include a hard copy of the paper and an electronic version sent via e-mail attachment, or on an accompanying floppy disk or CD.

A paper approved by the editorial staff, must be returned with all copyedited revisions made prior to the final publication deadline.

The author must submit a one sentence biographical statement with their paper. Include your name, position/occupation, institution, and residence. For example:

H. Allen Anderson is an Archival Assistant at the Southwest Collection, Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Your submission will be acknowledged.

Put endnotes in same font style and point size as the narrative text.

Submit endnotes separately from the story text. Also double space endnotes for each submission.
