Warm up is important

bull Donrsquot even think of skipping the warm up exercises

bull You must spend at least 10 minutes for warm up exercises

bull The aim of warm up is to make your body prepare

bull Without proper warm ups chances of getting body ache and muscle cramp

Increase the phase slowly

bull Once you finish your warm up session then slowly start the workout

bull Donrsquot jump into heavy workouts and heavy weights directly

bull Once you are done with the first set slowly increase weight accordingly
