Facts: Number each distinct fact as: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 We will interpret at least 5 specifics about the
event. Do not Cut/Paste facts unless told.
Tip: Think in terms of the 5 W and How questions to summarize the event.
DO NOT just write a jumbled paragraph
Next Comes:H.I. = Human Interest
Find a factoid about this Civil War event. Think in terms of a story that brings “life” into this event about people or is good “trivia”.
Start it with H.I.
Last Comes: R=Results
Each telegraph message will conclude with descriptions-facts that show why this event is important towards the progress of the war.
