How you can handle your new employees-After successful completion of their training new employees come to start their job with high enthusiasm. Sometimes managers fail to handle them properly; resulting poor productivity or in some cases it causes departure of those employees.

How you can handle your new employees-Manager assume that as they have completed their training successfully so they must know all about their job, they achieved enough product knowledge, they are good enough to brief any product to their customers, they know how to make tour plan and how to write reports. But in most of cases their assumption doesn’t match with reality because employees memorized everything only to get a job and in the meantime they forgot what they learnt in the training, it causes frustration for both team leaders and employees.

company policy.

2. Explain exactly what you expect from new employees.

3. Explain the reasons of your expectation.

4. Give no stress on the first few days.

5. Don’t make any negative comments because it will demoralize your employees.

6. Make him believe that you would remain at his side at the time of necessity.

7. Leader is a Dreamer. Show him how he can achieve his own vision through this job.

8. Give him adequate time to acquaint him with the new job he never experienced.

9. If needed let them work with someone who is best in your team.

10.It is unwise to let them work with employee who is leaving the company even if the departure is entirely friendly.

11.Do not allow a habitual late comer anywhere near a new employee.

12.Give the new employee assignment to learn the forgotten topics gradually.

13.Emphasis the importance of good work habits.

14.Lead by example as your team members follow you.

15. If things go wrong, look at yourself first.

17.Expect a lot from new employees.

18. Motivate him to learn and show him the benefits of good product knowledge.

19.Handle with patience.
