10-19:   You are beginning to discover the mental game world and are learning whatit takes to perform well.

0-9: 

You have yet to strongly value mental game training to enhance your 

 performances, but are taking steps in the right direction.

Wherever you find yourself on the mental game training continuum, remember that you

are in control of your own mental game. Plan your work and then work your plan. Makeit happen. Be dedicated. Write it down. Allow for mistakes, but praise yourself for 

 progress. Pride yourself on building your mental toughness. I hope this assessment helps
