Democratization of some HPC Traditional full-function PC will have

integrated high-end graphicsAt least TFLOPS (SP) on your lap

(for some value of “lap”) Cellphone/laptop; or

Yotta-cloud/fog/vapor Nothing in between, as far as you can tell Charged not by rack or proc, but by KWH

And possibly bandwidth.
