Flat Rate Talent SearchesUnlike most companies, our philosophy is to offer a threetiered flat rate fee for all retained searches based on the levelof the position. Simple and easy to understand, it is not drivenby the compensation of the selected candidate.

Supervisory/Technical/ Specialist positions

Managerial

Executive-Director/VP level

For most clients this results in a cost per hire to approximately15-18% of base salary which is significantly below thetraditional market players. See sample chart below:

TimeshareThis solution is ideal for clients who may have a number ofsearches which need to be addressed in a specific period oftime. This could be due to a number of vacancies which areunfilled, talent upgrading, projects or expansions where thereis a significant requirement for additional talent.

Clients purchase a minimum of a three month time block(expandable on a monthly basis) where we work exclusivelyfor the client to address a significant number of searches.The number of searches which can be completed typicallyrange from 6-9 searches depending on geography and rangeof different positions.

For our clients this reduces the cost per hire to approximately6-12% per hire allowing for a dedicated partner to work ona larger influx of talent. See sample chart below:
