HRM 360 HRPP Guideline North South University Human Resource Planning Project A Guideline The course – Human Resource Planning is designed to provide you with all the basics of planning in regards to Human Resource in any given organizational setting. Please write up a HR Plan for setting up a new business, which is supported with sufficient funds on the location of your choice, anywhere in Bangladesh. You are to plan the total human resource requirements and describe thoroughly the following: Job Description, Job Specification, Job Requirements, Pay Structure and Grades to Compensate each and every jobs, and other form of rewards to attract and retain the best employees. You may select any company of your choice—just make sure no one else has the same or similar plan. The company you select must need at least 20 people to operate effectively. Plan the HR requirements on the company/ organization/ institute with number of people required on each job position, to operate most effectively and efficiently. Job Details are required for Eight (8) employees. Plagiarism is a highly punishable offence, and none of you have any form of immunity towards it— therefore it is best to create a plan of your own.
