HRORBN Exam Registration User Manual for Schools

Institutions’ Manual for Examination Registration

1.1 Create Account

School Account Request:

• To request for an account to be created navigate to the school login page

by clicking the School Login as shown below.

• Click on Contact HRORBN

• Fill out the form as shown below clearly stating the Name of the

Institution in the message box

• An account will be created by an HRORBN admin. After the account has

been created a mail will be sent to you. This will enable you create a

password for you Account.

1.2 Logging in

Purpose: To access the HRORBN system fully, a login form is prompted depending on the selected method of log in, i.e. HRORBN officer or School Login, in this scenario, the school login is taken into consideration.

➢ School Login

Registered Schools with an account can access the HRORBN system from the

homepage by clicking ‘Account Login’ button/link on the side navigation bar or

the “School Login” button on the homepage. Alternatively, go to

http://www.hrorbn.org.ng; go to Examination Registration Menu on the home

page, then Click on New Examination Portal submenu.

• Enter Email address

• Enter password

• Click on Sign in button

• If Login is successful, School homepage should be displayed.

2 School Users

2.1 My Profile [

• Click on “My Profile” from the side navigation bar to view your user profile

➢ Change Password ✓ Click on the “Change Password” button to change your user

password

2.2 Prospective Students

➢ Add New Student ✓ Click on the “Add new student” from the prospective student’s

dropdown list to add, search, edit or filter by year prospective students

✓ Click on the “Edit” button icon to edit selected student’s details, make

necessary changes and click on the update button.

✓ Click on the “Delete” button icon to delete a prospective student

✓ Click on the “Add New +” icon on the top right corner of the

prospective student page to add a new student

➢ Bulk Upload ✓ Click on “Bulk upload” from the prospective student(s) dropdown list to

make a bulk upload, a template is made available once you click on the

“here” link.

2.3 Payments

➢ Pay Online ✓ Click on “pay online” from the Payments dropdown list to view list

of registered examination(s) and select examination(s) to make

payments.

✓ Check the box to select examination(s) to make payments and click

continue, fill the required fields and click “Proceed to Pay” button

➢ Pay in Bank ✓ Click on “Pay in Bank” from the Payments dropdown list to view list

of registered examination(s) and select examination(s) to make

payments.

✓ Check the box to select examination(s) to make payments and click

continue, fill the required fields and click “Proceed to Pay” button

➢ Check status ✓ Click on “Check status” from the Payments dropdown list to view

details of transactions

N.B: Currently empty as a result of no transaction processed

➢ Payment History ✓ Click on “Payment History” from the Payments dropdown list to view

transaction history

2.4 Exam Registrations

➢ Register Student ✓ Click on “Register Student” from the Exam Registrations dropdown

list to view a list of Pending Registrations, Registration in progress

and Completed Registrations with respect to the status filter

❖ Registration in progress

✓ Select Registration in progress from the status filter to show

registration(s) in progress.

✓ Click on the “Continue” link to preview registration and edit

details

✓ Click on “Edit+” to edit applicants’ registration, make necessary

changes, then click on the “update” button to update record.

view status of prospective students
