Main Duties & Responsibilities The job holder is responsible for the Cost Control and Budget/Reporting departments linked with the activities of operated blocks (EA-1 and EA-2) and non operated blocks under the JV agreement (EA-3) and pipeline In charge of the budget construction and follow-up, cost control of the whole Company including the adaptation of the structure to the different phases of the project development, and Joint Venture activities including billings and cash calls Promote a robust cost awareness culture throughout the whole subsidiary through ad-hoc internal workshops and permanent close contacts and interfaces with budget owners and budget spenders in operational as well as support departments Put in place cost monitoring programmes, identify potential areas for cost reduction and propose ways to achieve such goals. Main Duties & Responsibilities• Management of the contracting process from

Prequali�cation, through Award up to Contract Close-up for all upstream contracts

• To set up and pro�ciently manage the Contracts Team in accordance with the project size and to �t the project objectives.

• Coordinate the administration of COMPANY contracts, and in particular: review and accept Contract

Administration Management documents prepared by contractors and vendors

• Ensure consistency and adequacy of documents such as performance bonds, bank guarantees, invoices and preparation of o�cial correspondence with contractors
