A university student is ex-pected to behave in a waythat displays a high levelo awareness and under-standing, including a dis-tinction between bad andgood manners. There is noneed to mention that theHoly Quran and the ha-diths o our prophet Mo-hammed (peace be uponhim) have both urged peo-ple to be clean and neat. Also, it is commonly un-derstood that our cultureas Muslims and Arabsadvocates order in every
aspect o lie. Regrettably, there are students whoboth intentionally and un-intentionally ignore theseteachings and insist onleaving the tables at ea-teries on campus unclean.Look at any table, and youwill nd it ull o hal-emp-ty drink cans, bottles, cups, ood waste, packets, usedtissues, ood wrappers, etc.
Ironically enough, thereare signs posted on theour surrounding walls ocofee shops and even onthe tables themselves re-minding people to keepthe space clean. Some-times you cannot even ndspace to place your cup otea rom the accumulatedheaps o rubbish!
In response to this trend,I reuse to believe that thematter is merely orgettingto carry ones OWN rub-bish to the rubbish bins oneor two meters away rom
eating areas. In my pointo view, there are only twopotential interpretationsor this uncivilized behav-ior. One, it is a lie habit orthese careless students tonot be clean. Two, thesestudents are aware thatleaving the table dirty isawul, but, unortunately, they have been raised in away so as not to lit a nger,

An adult needs to exercise
5times aweek or about 30
minutes to achieve ahealthy

crucialtoyourbodybecause
o many reasons. Firstly,
they preventyou rommany
health problems, especially
heart diseases like highblood
pressure and high choles-
terol. This is achieved by in-
creasingthe delivery o oxy-
gen and nutrients to diferent
bodytissues. Secondly, they
improve yourmoodby stim-
ulating some chemicals in
thebrainthat make you eel
more happy and relaxed.As
a result it protectsyou rom
mental problems including
depression, stress and anxi-
ety. Thirdly, exercises help
ustomaintain anormal body
