About UsHospital School SA provides educational programs

by focusing on personalised learning through

targeted teaching for students and young people.

Schooling can be negotiated for siblings and

children of long term patients from remote, regional

or interstate locations who are unable to attend their

own school during their time in Adelaide.

Hospital School SA delivers the Early Years Learning

Framework, Australian Curriculum and SACE in a

classroom setting for all years:

· Preschool

· Junior Primary: Reception to Year 4

· Middle School: Year 5 to Year 9

· Senior School: Year 10 to Year 12

We collaborate with individual schools and other

educational institutions to ensure continuity in

students’ learning.

Enrollment Referral Form

The initial referral needs to be completed by the

Parent or Guardian and Social Work Team at the RAH

school day once all the information has been

completed and any relevant documentation received

(e.g. Health Support Plans, NEP or IEP).

Students must be signed in when they attend the

Hospital School classroom and signed out each time
