Pilot of template currently under wayAvailable from www.ncpe.ieFeedback on template to the NCPE is welcome
Completing the submission Forms may only be submitted by patient
groups, not individual patients. MAX 6 pages Return to NCPE within three months of the
HTA start date, available on NCPE website
Email as a Word document (not PDF) to [email protected]
What happens next? The NCPE will include the following
sections in their final report to the HSE-CPU
Q9 and Q10 Financial disclosures Q18 Summary of key aspects of
submission Any other information deemed relevant by
the NCPE

These sections are not submission specific and can be completed in advance of a planned submission.
What to focus on…
Section 3-the difference the new medicine may makeAdvantages and disadvantages of the new treatment compared to current treatmentHow will the new medicine address the unmet need specified in Section 2?
