Additionally, Ms. Hou reserves the right to call witnesses listed on the Government’s

witness list, as well as to supplement this list or otherwise to call witnesses she deems necessary

and appropriate in light of evidence actually adduced trial by the government and Mr. Pan.

This serves as notice of the following additional witnesses:

10. One or more computer information specialists who will testify concerning

what information was available on Ms. Hou’s computer, what searches were

done and when.
