2.You will be admitted into the venue only on showing this  call letter at the Gate along with identity proof as mentioned in onlineapplication. Carrying Cell Phones or any type of communication devices (Electronic or any other mode), use of Calculators etc.is prohibited and you have to make your own arrangement for the safe custody of your belongings. Please note, you will not beallowed for written test after reporting time specified above.    

3. You have to surrender this call letter to the invigilator in the Examination hall  before commencement of written test.(You maykeep photocopy of call letter for reference)      

4. The   Written Test consisting   of   200 objective  type   multiple choice   questions     mainly    in      the  subjects  related  to  thequalification  relevant  to  the post. Out  of  200 objective  type   multiple  choice  questions,    160  questions  are  from MechanicalEngineering, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and the remaining 40 questions are in General Proficiency,  to beanswered in 2 hours.PART­A : MECHANICAL ENGINEERING:Engineering  Mechanics,  Mechanics  of  Solids,  Thermodynamics,  Metallurgy  and  Material  Science,  Production  Technology,Mechanics  of  Fluids  and  Hydraulic  Machines,  Dynamics  of  Machinery,  Machine  Tools,  Design  of  Machine  Members,  HeatTransfer.PART­B : ELECTRICAL, ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING:Computer  Programming  and  Data  Structures,  Electrical  Machines,  Power  Systems,  Switching  Theory  and  Logic  Design,Network  Theory,  Control  Systems,  Electrical  Measurements,  Switch  Gear  and  Protection,  Instrumentation,  Power  SystemOperation and Control.PART­C : GENERAL PROFICIENCY:General English, General Mathematics, Reasoning, Antonyms, Synonyms,  IQ, Aptitude,   Numerical Ability, Computer Basicsetc.

5. The answer sheet is designed for evaluation by Optical Mark Reader Machine. Since the answer sheets are to be scanned(Valued) with Optical Mark System,  the candidate should bring BLUE OR BLACK BALL POINT PEN    to  fill  in  the  relevantcolumn in Answer Sheet and marking the answers for questions. If any candidate fails to mark the correct  Booklet series, Callletter Number etc. in the OMR answer sheet, the Optical Mark Reader cannot identify the details of the candidate and ultimatelyno valuation will be made rendering him/her ineligible for selection.

6. In case, if you are short­listed for the post,  you have to submit all  ORIGINAL  CERTIFICATES  in  proof  of  Caste,  LocalCandidature, Date of birth (SSC or equivalent), Qualification, Experience  & other relevant certificates for verification along withthree sets of Xerox copies. During verification, if any candidate found to be not meeting the eligibility criteria as declared in thenotification/` online application, shall entail summary disqualification of the candidature.

 7. The candidates working  in Government Departments  / PSUs are  required  to submit NOC/ Relief Letter  from  the presentemployer at the time of reporting for duty, failure of the same entail summarily disqualification of the candidature.

8. The minimum qualifying marks in case of Executive cadre posts is 40% for unreserved candidates, 35% for BC candidatesand 25% for SC/ST candidates and for Non­Executive Cadre 35% for unreserved candidates, 25% for BC candidates and 15%for SC/ST candidates. The  selection  will be based on Merit and  followed by Rule of Reservation as per Government Ordersissued from time­to­time and the spirit of Presidential Order, 1975.

9.  Your  final  selection  will  be  subject  to  verification    and    correctness    of  your  Certificates  including  DOB,  Caste,  Localcandidature,  percentage  of  marks  acquired  in  the  qualifying  examination  shall  tally  with  percentage  of  marks mentioned  inonline application and on confirming parameters stipulated and Medical fitness.

10.  Final  year/Final  semester  candidates  are  required  to  produce  proof  of  passing  of  qualifying  examination  Provisionalcertificate  & Consolidated marks memo,  as  the  case may  be,  on  or  before 31.7.2015,  failing which  the  candidature will  besummarily rejected.

11.Please note, appearing  for written  test will not confer any  right on  the applicant  for selection. The Company  reserves  theright  to  debar/  disqualify  the  candidate  including  withholding  the  result  at  any  stage  of  selection  process  for  any  reasonwhatsoever.
