We have outlined below the Terms & Conditions that are of particular relevance to the purchaser of items from the Hub Basement list.

Acceptance of GoodsAll discounted goods are sold in ‘as is condition.’ We cannot hold any ‘Available Now’ pieces. Payment is required in correspondence with the ‘Availability ‘ noted on each item. If you cannot inspect discounted goods in person images showing any marks or damage will be available for you to view and sign before purchasing. The condition of discounted goods is deemed as ‘accepted’ once payment is received. There is no exchange or refund on Hub Basement list pieces if you change your mind.

DeliveryStandard delivery of full priced items is included. Standard delivery of discounted pieces can be arranged for $200.00 in Metropolitan Melbourne & Sydney payable at time of purchase. All non-standard deliveries outside of the Metropolitan Melbourne & Sydney, non-ground floor deliveries, deliveries requiring assembly or difficult access deliveries can be quoted. There is no exchange or refund if goods cannot be delivered due to access issues. Hub cannot store goods.
