About the Position:
FIRST RF is offering a full-time position for an experienced Human Resources Generalist.This HR position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, management, and supportteams to implement human resource programs. These programs consist of: talent acquisition,staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and de-velopment, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relationsand retention, AA/EO compliance, and labor relations.

Qualifications:
• 4+ Years of experience
• Familiar with engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience in performance management
• Proven people skills especially in resolving conflict
• Competency in employment law
