About the Position: FIRST RF is offering a full-time position for an experienced Human Resources Generalist. This HR position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, management, and support teams to implement human resource programs. These programs consist of: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EO compliance, and labor relations.
