THE CERTIFICATE IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AT BENEDICTINE UNIVERSITY is designed to focus a student’s ability to understand the core processes of human resources management and how its role directly aligns with the core values, mission, strategic goals and proper functionality of every stable organization.

Businesses understand that investing in human resources means hiring highly skilled managers who are able to develop, implement and manage programs that help drive the success of an organization. Benedictine’s courses in human resources management develop a student’s ability to analyze, interpret, evaluate and administer workplace relationships toward optimizing
