The Vietnamese people are hard-working but easy to satisfy.

The Vietnamese are characterized by being resourceful, entrepreneurial and willing to take risks. Many people do backbreaking from 6 am to midnight daily just to make a little money

They are sensitive people that donot react well to criticism or close scrutiny of their work.

Vietnamese people are intelligent or smart. Actually they are clever- at getting what they want. Vietnamese seems to be really concerned with saving face, but have no shame for their [mis] conductand and [mis] behavior .

Vietnamese people are smart and creative to cope with short-termed difficulties, but lack long-termed and active reasoning abilities.

History of Viet Nam - the answers for these natures. Vietnam sunk in war for thousands of year and this time helped to shape Vietnamese people a flexible life style - Pay a man back in the same coin (i vi Bt mc o c sa, i vi ma mc o giy), Other times, other manner ( n theo thu, theo thi).

=> They are dexterous but hardly pay attention to the final perfection of the products. The theory is that these "annoying habits" are not part ofVietnamese culture, but are in fact new behavior brought out by the rapid growth of Vietnam.
