HUNTERS & FRANKAU’S HOUSE RESERVE: EL REY DEL MUNDO LA REINA La Reina is the UK’s 2018 Habanos Regional Edition and a tribute to the classic Laguito No.1 vitola. Pre-sented in boxes of 24, every La Reina, complete with signature pigtails, is rolled at El Laguito factory which is the birthplace for the iconic size. A further special fea-ture is the delicate blend which was finalised by a panel of industry experts through a series of blind tastings in Cuba and at Hunters & Frankau in the UK.La Reina es la edición regional 2018 de Habanos para el Reino Unido y un tributo a la clásica vitola Laguito No.1. Presentados en cajas de 24, todos los cigarros La Reina, rematados con el característico rabo de cochino, fueron torcidos en la fábrica El Laguito, lugar de nacimiento de este icónico formato. Otra característica especial es la deliciosa liga que fue decidida por un panel de expertos de la industria a través de catas a ciegas en Cuba y en Hunters & Frankau en Reino Unido.

HUNTERS & FRANKAU’S HOUSE RESERVE: SERIES 1790 COLLECTION NUMBER ONEThe Series 1790 was named in honor of the found-ing year. Various collections, consisting of rare and much sought-after Havana cigars will be offered in especially made humidors or boxes exclusively at British tobacconists. The humidor, manufactured by the Italian humidor maker De Art, contains 170 cigars comprising 17 Habanos UK Regional Editions produced by eight different brands.La serie 1790 se denominó así en honor al año de fundación. Va a haber diferentes colecciones formadas por puros habanos poco habituales y muy demandados, que serán ofrecidos en humidores o cajas creados especialmente para la ocasión en el mercado especializado británico. El humidor fabri-cado por el productor de humidores italiano De Art alberga 170 cigarros, formados por 17 Habanos UK Regional Editions de ocho marcas diferentes.

The Aged & Rare Collection contains cigars that have been matured for at least 10 years in the company’s own warehouse. Each box is respectively marked with 10+, 15+ or 20+, which indicates the number of years since the boxes were commissioned in Cuba. Aside from their age, there are three further cate-gories that distinguish the special features of these cigars:

FIRST RELEASES: cigars that were stored for further maturing immediately after they were introduced.

DISCONTINUED LINES: formats or also brands that are no longer rolled in Cuba.

LIMITED EDITIONS: cigars that were not only limit-ed but also rolled with vintage tobaccos.

La colección Aged & Rare está formada por cigarros que han sido añejados al menos diez años en un almacén propio. Cada caja está etiquetada con 10+, 15+ o 20+, lo que marca el número de años desde que las cajas fueran encargadas en Cuba. Aparte de la edad, hay otras tres categorías que caracterizan la singularidad de estos cigarros:

PRIMEROS LANZAMIENTOS: cigarros que justo después de su importación se han almacenado para seguir añejando.

LÍNEAS INTERRUMPIDAS: formatos u otras marcas que ya no se tuercen en Cuba.

EDICIONES LIMITADAS: cigarros que no sólo eran limitados, sino que también fueron torcidos con tabacos vintage.

With this release, Punch incorporates the first 50 ring gauge format in its portfolio. Short de Punch come in a Semi Boîte Nature (SBN) box of 10 cigars. The price per box in Switzerland is CHF 133. Con esta edición, Punch introduce el primer puro con cepo 50 en su catálogo. Short de Punch se presenta en una caja Semi Boîte Nature (SBN) con 10 cigarros.
