1. Identify Main Page Features

Click the plus sign ( ) to open a navigation level. Click the minus sign ( ) to close a navigation level.

Feature How to Use

Product Catalog Click Product Catalog to display the Product Catalog page from other pages.

Picklists Click Picklists to create, modify, and delete picklists.

Quotes Click Quotes to create a quote for a customer or organize your quotes.

History Click History to view a list of catalogs and pages you accessed by day or week.

Bookmarks Click Bookmarks to create, organize, and view bookmarks for frequently accessed information.

Advanced Search Click Advanced Search to search for parts or organize parts queries.

Settings Click Settings to change your personal and contact information, password, and application display language.

Help Click Help to view the online Help, provide feedback, view the license agreement, or view application version information.

Logoff Click Logoff to log off from the application.

Search Make a quick search by part number, model, or PNC number..

Click the Previous icon ( ) to view the previous parts page. Click the Next icon ( ) to view the next parts page.


2. Make a Quick Search by PNC Number

1. Select PNC # from the Search list box and type the PNC number in the text box.

2. Click the Go button. The results of your search appear in the main pane.

3. To print the PNC, click the Print icon ( ). The Print window displays the entire PNC.

Note: To hide the bill of materials and print only the images, click the Show BOM check box to remove the check mark.

4. Click the Print button.

5. Click Close to close the Print window.

3. Make an Advanced Search for a Part Number

1. Select Search from the Advanced Search menu. The Advanced Search page opens.

2. Select Parts from the “Where to Search” options.

3. Select Description from the “Search By” options.

4. Type a partial or complete part description from the “Search For” options.

5. Click the Search button.

6. Click > to view the next page of search results. Click < to view the previous page. Click >> to view the last page. Click << to view the first page.

7. Click Save Query to save the results of this search for future use.

8. Click a link to view the information. In the example above, the search produced a list of part numbers. Clicking a part number link will display information associated with that part number.


4. Create a Picklist 1. Select Default Picklist from the Picklists menu. The Picklist page opens.

2. Click the New Picklist button. The Picklist Name window opens.

3. Type a name for the picklist and click OK. The new picklist appears in the Picklist window.

4. Click the Make Default button to make the new list the current list to which you can add parts.


5. Click the Product Catalog link to display the navigation pane.

6. Navigate to a parts page.

7. Click the Picklist icon ( ) for each part you want to add to the picklist.

Note: If you are connected to WebOrder, prices will be displayed for each part. When necessary, click the Print icon ( ) to print the parts diagram and parts list. Click the E-Mail icon ( ) to e-mail the parts diagram and parts list. Click the Add Note icon ( ) to link a user note to the page.

8. At this point you can do either of the following:

• Create a quote. See “Create a Quote from a Picklist” on page 9.

• Submit the picklist. See “Submit a Picklist to WebOrder” on page 12.

Note: When you submit a picklist to WebOrder, the picklist is cleared. If you want to be able to reference the parts on the picklist later, create a quote from the picklist before you submit the picklist to WebOrder.


5. Create a Quote from a Picklist 1. Select New Quote from the Quotes menu. The Quote page opens.

2. Enter the applicable information: Quote name, purchase order number, account number, currency code, remarks, customer information, dealer information, labor rate, labor hours, shipping/handling cost, and shipping method.

Note: If you plan to submit your picklist to WebOrder and are creating this quote to reference the parts on the picklist, give the quote the same name as the picklist so later you can find it easily.

3. Click the Save button. The Quote page displays the information you entered and provides links to import parts from a picklist or add parts individually.


To import parts from the current picklist:

1. Click the Import from Picklist link. The Import from Picklist window opens.

2. Click the picklist you want to import. Parts in the picklist are listed.

3. Click the Import button.

4. Click the Cancel button to close the window and add the parts to the quote.

5. Click the Update button to update the subtotal and total.

Note: If you are connected to WebOrder, all prices will be displayed and included in the subtotal and total.


To add an individual part to the quote:

1. Click the Add Part link. The Select Part window opens.

2. Type the part number or click the search icon ( ) and select the part number.

3. Click OK. The part number is added to the quote.

4. Click the Update button to update the subtotal and total.

Note: If you are connected to WebOrder, prices for the added parts will be included in the subtotal and total.


6. Submit a Picklist to WebOrder 1. In the picklist, click the Send to WebOrder button. The Order window opens.

2. If applicable, type your user name and password.

Note: If you are logged into WebOrder, the User and Password fields will not appear.

3. If you want the part(s) shipped as soon as possible (ASAP) leave the ASAP radio button selected. If you want the part(s) shipped by a specific date, click the Date radio button, click the calendar icon ( ), and select the date.

4. Optional: Type a note in the Reference box.

5. Click the Order button. The parts are transmitted to WebOrder and the picklist is cleared.
